Job Description

Digit is looking for an experienced and well-networked sales professional to drive revenue and strategic partnerships across the esports ecosystem. The role will focus on sponsorship sales for the Skoar College Gaming Club, along with on-ground esports integrations, branded gaming experiences, tournament partnerships, IP-led sponsorships, and youth engagement programs.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the esports and gaming landscape, strong brand relationships, and prior experience selling sponsorships, experiential properties, media integrations, or esports solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Sponsorship & Revenue Generation

* Drive sponsorship sales for Skoar College Gaming Club and associated esports IPs.

* Build and manage relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers.

* Develop customized sponsorship solutions across:

* College esports activations

* Gaming tournaments and leagues

* On-ground experiential integrations

* Campus engagement programs

* Influencer and creator-led campaigns

* Digital and content integrations

* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

* Esports Brand Integrations

* Conceptualize and sell branded on-ground esports experiences for brands.

* Create integrated solutions involving tournaments, gaming zones, fan engagement, community activations, and experiential marketing.

* Collaborate with internal creative and execution teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

* Client & Market Management

Identify new business opportunities within sectors such as:

* FMCG, Consumer tech, Telecom, BFSI, Automotive, Lifestyle & apparel, Energy drinks

Stay updated on esports trends, gaming communities, publisher ecosystems, and sponsorship opportunities.

Represent the company at industry events, gaming expos, and networking forums.

Strategic Planning

* Build sales pipelines and long-term partnership opportunities.

* Create pitch decks, proposals, and sponsorship inventories.

* Work closely with marketing, content, creator, and event teams for integrated execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

* 3-5+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, media sales, sports marketing, esports business, or experiential brand partnerships.

* Prior experience in esports, gaming, sports, youth culture, or entertainment ecosystems is strongly preferred.

* Strong understanding of:

Esports ecosystem in India

Gaming audiences and communities

Brand partnership models

Tournament/IP monetization

Campus and youth engagement

Existing relationships with media agencies and brand marketing teams.

Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently drive business growth.
