Experience Required
• 8+ years of strong Oracle NetSuite ERP experience, including hands‑on solutioning, architecture, configuration, and optimization.
• Experience with NetSuite ecosystem tools, integrations, and associated systems.
• Proven ability to partner with business teams to capture requirements, translate needs into technical solutions, and drive implementations.
• Strong expertise in NetSuite modules including Order Management, Customer Data, and Billing.
Summary
The Manager, ERP will play a key role in optimizing and advancing the Oracle NetSuite ERP landscape for the organization. This role focuses on improving core financial and operational processes by delivering scalable, well‑architected solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with Finance, Operations, and cross‑functional IT teams to understand business needs, implement improvements, and enhance end‑to‑end workflows. This role reports to the Director of Finance IT Systems and contributes directly to building a strong ERP capability within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of ERP professionals, driving clarity, alignment, and high performance.
- Own day‑to‑day solution design, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle NetSuite ERP.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Design and architect NetSuite enhancements in areas such as Order Management, Customer Master, Billing, Financial Operations and beyond.
- Drive implementation and optimization initiatives to enhance process efficiency and system performance.
- Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between NetSuite and CRM, BI, and other enterprise systems.
- Document solutions, maintain system governance, and enforce best practices across ERP processes.
- Support testing cycles, UAT efforts, and deployment activities for system changes.
- Continuously evaluate opportunities to automate processes and enhance user experience.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands‑on Oracle NetSuite ERP experience including configuration, administration, and process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of core NetSuite modules such as Order Management, Customer Data, Billing, and Finance.
- Experience collaborating with Finance, Operations, and IT teams.
- Ability to architect and design scalable ERP solutions that map to business requirements.
- Familiarity with NetSuite integrations and associated ecosystem tools.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work across technical and functional areas.
- Experience leading or mentoring ERP analysts or administrators.
- SuiteCommerce / eCommerce solutions and Zone Billing experience is an added advantage
