We are seeking an experienced Manager - Engineering (Utility Services) to lead our engineering team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing utility service projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the engineering team for utility services, ensuring effective project execution.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for utility service projects, focusing on efficiency and sustainability.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders on project status and performance metrics.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related field).
- 10-15 years of experience in engineering management, specifically in utility services.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of utility service operations, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
