As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of engineers to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality products. With 8 to 11 years of experience, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to oversee the technical aspects of projects and mentor junior team members.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Oversee the design, development, and testing of products to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to optimize project efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and security protocols in all engineering activities.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence within the engineering team.
- Domain knowledge of Finance and Accounting will be helpful, but not a mandatory requirement.
- Experience in maintaining multiple distributed systems with a high degree of complexity.
