Job Description

• Establish and review the project Quality plans and strategies for achieving goals
• Project initiations and setup for new projects in JIRA
• Understand customer processes & enable the projects to be compliant
• Customer interactions on Process Harmonization.
• Analyse & communicate process improvements with the customers.
• Process tailoring for projects
• Support to team members on Project Management, Configuration Management, Code quality Tools.
• Project performanceanalysis and corrective actions
• Conduct project assessments / audits.
• Performance analysis of Projects, accounts and Business units
• Facilitating process improvement plans
• Support on org / Business unit level Process Improvement initiatives
• Conduct trainings on Quality Process orientation, Project Management training, Estimation etc.
• Manage the Business Unit level Dashboards & MIS.

Skill set requirements

• 12-15 years of experiencein software industry experience.
• Know-how of the product & captive industries.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, CMMI, Six sigma
• SCRUM (Agile) methodology
• Passion for quality assurance of end-user applications
• Experience in diagnosing, reporting, tracking and resolving project performance issues
• Familiarity with Code quality, statistical analysis tools
• Comfort working in a distributed team
• Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills
