About the job:

Medline India is seeking an Employee Engagement Professional with an experience of working in the Corporate Communications function to elevate Medline India's Employer Brand.

This role is a blend of culture-building through events and strategic storytelling, where you will drive engagement initiatives and provide vital support to the Corporate Communications function.

As an Employee Engagement Manager, you will be curating, building and executing end-to-end strategic programs, events & initiatives like Townhalls, Listening Sessions, Cultural & festival Events, Sports Day, Leadership Events, GPTW, Employee Appreciation week, International Women's Day, Milestone Celebrations, Panel Discussions etc. to inspire and engage employees.

Additionally, you will also have the responsibility to extend support in our Corporate Communications function to drive Internal and External content across Campaigns, leadership Communication, Social Media Posts, Change Management Communication, Intranet etc.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional departments to plan and deliver high-impact local events.
  • Drive end to end planning for key leadership visits to Medline India
  • Craft and cascade leadership communications that reinforce vision, priorities, and change initiatives.
  • Execute strategic priorities for the Medline India for internal communications, high-impact engagement programs (e.g., town halls, listening sessions, leadership events, cultural and recognition initiatives) that build pride, inclusion, and connection.

Employer Brand & Employee Experience:

  • Strengthen the organization's employer brand through consistent internal and external narratives showcasing culture, values, and employee experience
  • Strategize, design, and build the end-to-end lifecycle of engagement programs aimed at creating engagement, excitement and inspiring internal audiences across Medline India.
  • Partner with HR, Talent, and leadership to support initiatives such as engagement surveys, recognition programs, milestone celebrations, and employer awards
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment across all engagement and communications initiatives
  • Leverage data and employee insights to continuously refine strategies and demonstrate ROI of engagement programs

Establish robust vendor partnership network

  • Explore and partner with relevant Event ,Hospitality & Employee Engagement vendor partners to curate events & programs
  • Oversee program governance, budgets, and vendor partnerships related to events, employee engagement, and communications campaigns

Creative Collaboration:

  • Champions creative thinking by translating complex business priorities into compelling narratives, experiences, and campaigns that inspire trust, connection, and action.
  • Be a trusted partner for leader for communications to set the direction for how the organization communicates and engages, ensuring creativity drives clarity, consistency, and measurable impact at
  • Drive innovation by pitching fresh ideas and partnering with internal stakeholders to launch new initiatives.

Internal & External Communications Support : Support the Communications function on content for newsletters, digital campaigns, intranet updates, and social media platforms.

Impact Measurement: Analyze employee feedback on key events via surveys to

iterate on engagement strategies and report ROI
