Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to lead our Emerging Platforms team. This role is critical in driving the company's growth and innovation, as we aim to stay ahead in the market with cutting-edge solutions. The Manager will oversee a range of supply planning and management activities, utilizing their expertise in Kinaxis and other planning tools. They will lead a team, manage projects, and ensure smooth operations, all while staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of supply planning professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Oversee and manage supply planning projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements.
- Utilize Kinaxis and other planning tools to optimize supply chain processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies, especially in the field of supply chain management and planning.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply planning processes, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of supply planning solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by overseeing data load and planning cycle activities.
- Provide support and maintenance for supply planning applications, including JIRA and ServiceNow ticketing systems.
- Stay informed about new features and updates in Kinaxis and other relevant tools, and train the team accordingly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Kinaxis, with a total of 4-5 years in supply planning.
- Authoring Level 2 certification is mandatory, with a good understanding of integration and scripting.
- Exposure to expiry planning, ABP, raw material capacity management, and inventory planning is preferred.
- Experience in shelf life management and data-driven decision-making is an asset.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successful project deliveries.
- Proficiency in JIRA, ServiceNow, and other relevant ticketing and support systems.
- A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- A passion for staying updated with industry trends and a commitment to continuous learning.
