Responsibilities
Strategic Roles & Responsibilities 1. Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 66KV GIS and above switch yard with all associated equipment's CB, CT, PT, CVT, Isolator, LA, Protection Relay, CRP Panel, RTCC, Power Transformer, SCADA, SAS, Battery Charger etc.
- Testing, commissioning, Programming of protection relay & Trouble shooting.
- Tripping Data analysis of various Electrical faults in electricall system.
- Erection, Commissioning and testing of HT & LT Switchgear Panel, Fast Bus Transfer system,11kV RMU,11kV HT & LT Motor, NGR, Distribution transformer 11/0.433KV, PCC, MCC Panel, APFC Panel, AMF Panel & Synchronization system.
- Erection, commissioning and testing of DG set & UPS system.
- Erection, Commissioning and testing of PLC, SCADA based electrical system & trouble shooting.
- Trouble shooting of large industrial utility system i.e. Air Compressor, AHU, VFD, HT/LT Motors/Water Treatment plant/HVAC/Gas Management system /VAM and its associated electrical system.
- Effective Erection, Commissioning and Test of 11/33/66kV network & LT/HT Network of the plant.
- Energy reports and MIS report preparation/checking
- Spare parts and inventory management.
- Preparation of SOP & E&C schedules, checking for proper adherence of PM schedule.
- Safety awareness and implementation.
- Familiar with HSE, QMS and Value Engineering.

- Creating PR & followup action for make the material at site
- Checking for project electrical material requirements & action plan to make the same available at site Reduction of downtime due to lack of spares
