Job Description

Lead and manage electrical operations and maintenance activities in the cement plant
Ensure uninterrupted power supply and smooth functioning of all electrical systems, including HT/LT panels, motors, transformers, and sub-stations
Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and energy-efficiency standards across electrical systems
Coordinate with other departments for maintenance shutdowns, equipment upgrades, and energy audits
Evaluate performance of electrical assets and suggest improvements or replacements as necessary
Maintain records of equipment history, maintenance schedules, and compliance documentation
Lead and mentor a team of electrical technicians and junior engineers
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and statutory electrical safety norms
