Manager - Electrical Mechanical Utility Projects

Job Responsibilities:

1. Hands on experience on design, drawing preparation, budget estimation, tender, offer evaluation of Utilities constituting 132/ 11 KV power distribution system, electrical substation with transformers, VCB / SF6/ MOCB, Relays, battery charger, bus duct, bus trunking, in plant wiring, lighting, illumination, earthing, building management system, SCADA, PLC.

2. Basic understanding of mechanical utilities.

3. Person with experience in leading a project team will be preferred.

4. Good understanding of basic engineering and its working process so as to impart technical guidance to team members / contractors for completing the job in schedule and with least cost and effort.

5. Understanding of various government regulation and sound knowledge of National Building Code (NBC), Electrical Rules, Electricity act, etc.

6. Drawing preparation in AutoCAD.

7. Having good knowledge of project safety system, safety at project site, electrical safety system.

Technical/ Functional:

1. Conceptualization of project evaluation, preparation of specification, project approval, cost estimation, tender, technical evaluation, negotiation, design checking, monitoring, quality check, operation and maintenance of utilities.

2. Project monitoring, understanding of process, designs drawings, understanding of latest technologies and software.

3. Shall be responsible for conceptualization, design, order and effective execution of electro-mechanical utilities for various infrastructure projects of MSIL.
