We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with mandatory experience in Linux/Unix OS and Java-based applications. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, application support, and managing deployments/migrations, with a focus on real-time messaging and ITIL processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Linux/Unix-based applications and Java three-tier architectures.
• Troubleshoot real-time messaging systems (UDP, TCP/IP, Multicast).
• Write Shell scripts, manage code releases, and work with Linux commands.
• Support deployment and migration projects.
• Follow ITIL processes for incident/problem management.
• Utilize application monitoring tools like ITRS and ServiceNow.

Required Skills:

• Strong Linux/Unix knowledge (mandatory).
• Experience with real-time messaging (UDP, TCP/IP, Multicast).
• Proficient in Shell scripting, SQL/PLSQL, and Java technologies.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and monitoring tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team skills.
