Manager - Dry Operations

Key Deliverables:

• Oversee daily cargo operations, ballast activities, and marine procedures for Dry Cargo vessels
• Liaise with Owners, P&I Clubs, Charterers for operational and claim matters
• Support shipboard inspections and training related to hold cleaning, cargo safety, and ballast management
• Ensure compliance with IMO, Flag State, and QMS policies across assigned vessels

Role Responsibilities:

• Investigate cargo, navigation, and mooring-related incidents and assist in claim resolution
• Collaborate with technical and quality teams to drive process and SOP improvements
• Deliver safety messaging and training onboard during site or vessel visits
• Guide offshore staff performance, mentoring, and development planning
