Job Description

Job Title: Digitalization Manager

Location: Delhi

Experience: 7-10 years of experience in progress/performance monitoring, digital systems, or project planning environments.

Role Summary:

The Manager - Digitalization will lead the implementation and integration of digital tools to enhance project planning, monitoring, reporting, and performance management. This role focuses on digitizing manual processes, developing dashboards and MIS reports, integrating ERP and project data, and supporting data-driven decision-making across EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Tool Implementation & Integration

Lead the implementation of new digital tools for planning, monitoring, and reporting.

Support implementation of IoT solutions and AI/ML-based forecasting tools.

Please make sure that you integrate digital tools with existing systems such as Excel, Primavera, ERP, and other internal platforms.

Translate business and operational requirements into effective digital solutions.

Data Management & Reporting

Develop and maintain centralized databases for project schedules, progress updates, and historical planning data.

Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze project planning data from site teams, planners, and project management teams.

Integrate ERP and internal report data into digital dashboards and reporting systems.

Develop and maintain digital dashboards, KPIs, MIS reports, and standardized reporting templates.

Support development of:

  • Integrated planning dashboards
  • Forecast and trend-based reporting
  • Standardized digital reporting formats

Process Digitization & Analytics

Identify manual, repetitive planning and monitoring processes and drive their digitization.

Perform data analysis using advanced Excel and Power BI to support performance tracking and decision-making.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of planning and performance data.

Stakeholder Coordination

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including planning, projects, IT, and management.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between digital solutions and business needs.

Prepare clear documentation, reports, and user guides for implemented digital systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Renewable Energy / IT).

7-10 years of experience in progress/performance monitoring, digital systems, or project planning environments.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

Experience working with centralized monitoring centers in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) domain.

Exposure to IoT, data analytics, automation, or AI/ML-based systems.

Familiarity with ERP systems and data integration.

Strong understanding of data flows, dependencies, and system architecture.

Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Power BI.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive digital transformation initiatives.
