Membership Portfolio & Services (MPS) is companywide Centre of Excellence to provide Product & Data Solutions. The Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX), a global organization that sits within USCS and is responsible for providing Digital best-in-class Customer Experience globally. As part of the portfolio, one of the remits is to provide Communications Centre of Excellence with the charter of driving high quality, customer-servicing communication experience.
The open role is for Raven Product Testing (RPT) Team under Global Servicing Communications - Product Operations and Delivery (GSC-POD). We are looking for an Manager - Digital Product Management - Testing will lead end-to-end quality engineering for Product. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery across customer touchpoints, driving automation at scale, enabling Agile practices, and aligning testing outcomes with business and customer experience goals. The candidate will have the ability to collect, organize and interpret data and information to generate actionable business insights and build robust controls and minimize/eliminate process gaps.
