How will you make an impact in this role

With a strong emphasis on data integrity, technical rigor, and cross-platform consistency, the Measurement and Attribution Solutions team partners across marketing, product, technology, and analytics to ensure we have a reliable, future-ready view of performance. We focus on solutions that support attribution logic, enable decision-grade reporting, and adapt to emerging platforms and privacy standards. Through disciplined design, experimentation, and scalable implementation, we empower teams across the enterprise to make smarter, faster, and more accountable growth decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of Measurement and Attribution Solutions & Strategic Initiatives Workstreams, including feature innovation to improve the speed & robustness of compliant solution delivery for better return on investments on Marketing Campaigns.
  • Lead a team of 1-2 product analysts / owners responsible for day-to-day data product ownership, quality & process management.
  • Drive continuous feature delivery at scale, including discovery, ensuring business alignment(s), collaborative feature design, user story authoring and engineering management for building, test, release & post-launch validations.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, Compliance & Ops excellence teams to improve performance and scale Measurement and Attribution Solutions and other strategic initiatives.
  • Regularly monitoring and analyzing performance of data delivered to ensure robust data governance.
  • Influencing & regularly developing and presenting Program Increment (PI) plans, progress, solution options & trade-offs within them to senior stakeholders across marketing team and other central teams
  • Monitoring internal and external digital trends and technologies to continually improve the program and maintain competitive advantage.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7 or more years of delivering product development results across all stages of product development (solutioning, design & delivery) for marketing products & capabilities.
  • Recent experience prioritizing work for a scrum team and using quantitative and qualitative data to drive backlog enhancements.
  • Proven ability to maintain and drive a product's data strategy, prioritize backlog and experience driving process flows and mapping to capabilities.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Skilled at clear, concise communication.
  • Proven track record of driving projects from conception through implementation.
  • An understanding of the wider digital marketing landscape.
  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience leading a team, Agile certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and processes to identify creative solutions and drive incremental improvement.
  • Driven, curious and diligent problem solver with a willingness to learn, challenge the status quo and collaborate to make an impact.
