The Measurement & Attribution Enablement team owns and stewards the enterprise measurement product ecosystem. We are responsible for transforming strategic measurement concepts into scalable, reliable, and sustainable capabilities that power acquisition, customer engagement, marketing optimization, and business decision-making across channels and platforms.
Our team partners closely with Measurement & Attribution Solutions, Technology, Marketing, Analytics, Data Engineering, and Compliance organizations to productize measurement capabilities, drive enterprise adoption, establish governance standards, and ensure platform reliability and scalability. Through disciplined product management, agile execution, platform stewardship, and operational excellence, we enable the enterprise to confidently measure, optimize, and evolve customer experiences at scale.
As a
Manager, Digital Product Management – Measurement & Attribution Enablement, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, adoption, and lifecycle management of Measurement & Attribution capabilities, ensuring strategic solutions are translated into scalable, governed, and enterprise-ready products that deliver measurable business value.
You will partner with Measurement & Attribution Solutions teams responsible for future-state capability design and business solutioning while leading the execution, adoption, governance, and continuous evolution of the underlying measurement ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and lifecycle management of enterprise Measurement & Attribution platforms and capabilities, ensuring they continue to evolve in alignment with business growth, regulatory change, and emerging technology trends.
- Translate strategic measurement concepts into scalable, reusable, and enterprise-grade products that can be deployed and scaled across business units, channels, markets, and acquisition journeys.
- Drive the evolution and modernization of measurement infrastructure, attribution frameworks, bounty enablement, identity resolution, and data collection capabilities .
- Own the long-term evolution, adoption, scalability, and overall health of Measurement & Attribution capabilities, ensuring they remain interoperable and aligned to enterprise priorities.
Enterprise Capability Stewardship
Delivery & Operational Excellence
- Partner with technology and cross-functional teams through planning, execution, and release management to deliver business outcomes.
- Ensure capabilities are delivered with reliability, scalability, and operational readiness.
- Drive continuous improvement of capability effectiveness, operational resiliency, and service quality.
Stakeholder Partnership & Adoption
- Partner with Marketing, Analytics, Technology, Finance, and Compliance teams to align priorities and maximize business value.
- Drive enterprise adoption, onboarding, and change management for measurement capabilities.
- Collaborate with M&A Solutions teams to align future-state designs with platform capabilities and delivery plans.
Governance & Risk Management
- Establish and maintain standards for measurement, attribution, data quality, and platform governance.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise controls, privacy requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Proactively manage operational, technical, and compliance risks across the measurement ecosystem.
Business Value Realization
- Monitor adoption, capability performance, and outcome-based metrics to ensure products deliver measurable business impact.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness across the measurement ecosystem.

You will partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Analytics, Technology, Finance, and Compliance to create and enhance foundational Measurement & Attribution capabilities that accelerate acquisition growth and marketing effectiveness. In this role, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for critical measurement capabilities, driving adoption, modernization, and business value realization across the enterprise while shaping the future of measurement and attribution at scale.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Analytics, Technology, Finance, and Compliance organizations to align priorities and deliver scalable product capabilities that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Modernize measurement infrastructure, attribution frameworks, identity resolution, and AI-enabled capabilities to support a rapidly evolving digital ecosystem.
- Enable marketers to make data-driven decisions, optimize investments, improve attribution accuracy, and accelerate growth.
- Balance innovation, governance, scalability, and operational excellence to ensure measurement capabilities continue to deliver value long after implementation.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing Technology, Measurement & Attribution, Digital Analytics, Data Platforms, or Digital Transformation.
- Demonstrated experience owning complex products or enterprise capabilities through roadmap definition, prioritization, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of digital measurement, attribution methodologies, customer journey analytics, event tracking, identity resolution, and marketing technology ecosystems.
- Experience partnering closely with engineering, architecture, and data teams to define and deliver scalable product capabilities using Agile methodologies.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder ecosystems and balancing competing priorities across business and technology organizations.
- Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across business and technology organizations without direct authority.
- Experience working within regulated environments and partnering with Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and Control organizations.
- Ability to connect platform investments and product decisions to measurable business outcomes, adoption, and operational effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, APIs, event-based tracking, identity resolution, and measurement infrastructure.
- Domain expertise in financial services, digital acquisition, customer engagement, or marketing technology ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success driving platform modernization, digital transformation, or enterprise capability evolution initiatives.
- Experience operating within large-scale Product Management organizations and Agile delivery environments.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled measurement, attribution methodologies, predictive analytics, and data-driven optimization strategies.
