CEG CS EIS (Enterprise Incentive Servicing) is building a high-impact AI, Automation & Data team focused on simplifying, standardizing, and transforming CEG (Human Resources) business processes through Artificial Intelligence, data-driven insights, and modern automation technologies. This team is responsible for identifying opportunities, enabling business transformation, and delivering solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance colleague productivity, and create better customer outcomes.

This role will lead a team of AI and Automation Enablement Analysts while remaining actively involved in solutioning, AI development, automation design, and delivery. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking, technical leadership, people management, and stakeholder influence to drive a portfolio of AI, automation, and data initiatives across CEG.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong expertise in Generative AI, Python-based automation, data enablement, and analytics who can translate business challenges into scalable technology solutions while building and developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the AI, Automation & Data strategy and roadmap for CEG, identifying and prioritizing high-impact opportunities that drive operational efficiency, colleague productivity, customer experience, and measurable business value.
  • Partner with senior business and technology leaders to understand strategic priorities, influence decision-making, and drive transformation through AI, automation, and data-driven solutions.
  • Lead the over-all solutioning, design, development, and deployment of AI, automation, and data solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, Python, APIs, workflow orchestration platforms, and enterprise data assets.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership through solution reviews, design sessions, and complex problem-solving to ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions that align with enterprise governance and Responsible AI standards.
  • Drive the development and production of AI assistants, intelligent agents, knowledge retrieval solutions, automation frameworks, and reusable components that accelerate adoption across multiple business use cases.
  • Lead the onboarding and operationalization of CEG data within Lumi and drive data enablement through reporting, dashboarding, and self-service analytics solutions using Tableau, Power BI, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of AI, Automation & Data Analysts by establishing clear priorities, fostering innovation and accountability, and building technical capabilities across AI, automation, and analytics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of overall experience in Automation, Data Analytics, Technology, Digital Transformation, or related disciplines. 1-2 years of experience in AI Enabled automation.
  • 2+ years of experience leading teams, projects, or transformation initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience developing automation and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Hands-on Experience in designing and implementing solutions using Generative AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent technologies.
  • Hands-on Experience in understanding Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, AI orchestration frameworks, and AI application development.
  • Experience with APIs, enterprise integrations, workflow orchestration, and automation platforms.
  • Hands-on Experience in Python, SQL, data management, data enablement, and business intelligence platforms such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting solution architecture reviews, technical design reviews, and code reviews.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
