About the Role

We are looking for a Digital & Performance Marketing Manager to drive online growth, customer acquisition, and revenue through data-driven digital marketing strategies, with a strong focus on performance marketing.

Yours Responsibilities:

Media Planning & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies across digital and offline channels
  • Manage campaigns, vendors, and media buying while tracking performance KPIs
  • Optimize budget allocation for maximum ROI

Performance Marketing

  • Plan and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Amazon, and Flipkart
  • Drive ROI using defined KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CAC)

Digital Growth & Acquisition

  • Build full-funnel strategies for traffic, conversions, and retention
  • Scale D2C and e-commerce growth through paid and organic channels

Campaign Optimization & Analytics

  • Monitor campaigns using analytics tools and optimize continuously
  • Conduct A/B testing and derive actionable insights

E-commerce & Marketplace Marketing

  • Manage paid campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces
  • Optimize product visibility, keywords, and conversion rates

SEO & Content Marketing

  • Lead SEO strategy to improve organic traffic and rankings
  • Collaborate with content teams on engagement initiatives

Team & Agency Management

  • Lead internal teams and external agencies to drive execution
  • Ensure alignment with brand and business objectives

Budgeting & Reporting

  • Own digital budgets and provide leadership-level reporting
  • Deliver insights and strategic recommendations

Qualifications required:

  • 10–12 years of experience in digital/performance marketing
  • Experience in FMCG, consumer durables, or D2C/e-commerce brands preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics and dashboards
  • Proven track record of delivering ROI-driven campaigns
  • Experience managing teams, agencies, and large budgets

Hands-on expertise in:

  • Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart)
