Job Title: Manager 6 Digital Marketing
Location: Mira Bhayandar / Chembur Campus / Head Office. (The position entails periodic travel to school campuses to collaborate with management and obtain campaign briefs)

About The Role
We are seeking a highly data-driven and result-oriented Digital Marketing professional to lead performance marketing initiatives for our group of six schools across Mumbai and Gujarat.
The primary focus of this role is to drive qualified admissions leads, optimize cost per lead (CPL), and improve conversion rates through well-planned and executed digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads,Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Other relevant paid channels
- Drive high-quality lead generation for admissions with a strong focus on Cost per Lead (CPL) & Lead-to-admission conversion
- Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance, ROI, and funnel efficiency
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, copies, landing pages, and audience segments
Campaign Optimization & Analytics
- Track, analyze, and report key metrics including: CTR, CPC, CPL, Conversion Rate, ROI
- Use data insights to optimize campaigns and budgets for maximum performance
- Manage and scale campaigns based on seasonal admission cycles
- Maintain dashboards and performance reports for management review
Landing Pages, Funnels & Conversion Optimization
- Work closely with designers and developers to create high-converting landing pages
- Optimize user journeys from ad click to lead submission
- Identify drop-off points in the funnel and implement improvements
- Ensure proper tracking through tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking systems
SEO & Website Performance
- Manage and improve SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and leads
- Ensure school websites are optimized for Speed, Mobile responsiveness and Conversion (lead forms, CTAs)
- Oversee content updates aligned with admissions campaigns
Lead Funnel & CRM Coordination
- Monitor lead flow from all digital channels
- Ensure seamless integration with admissions teams for quick lead response and conversion
- Track lead quality and provide feedback to improve targeting
Brand Visibility through Digital Channels
- Oversee social media performance with focus on Engagement & Lead generation campaigns
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all digital platforms
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in performance marketing & lead generation
Hands-on experience with: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics & tracking tools
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
Ability to manage multi-location campaigns with clear ROI focus
