Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work closely with the business teams and supporting teams (like IT and medical team), and agency partners to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing automation, multichannel marketing, influencer marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify new trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and understanding on marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal business teams to plan, design and build memorable digital experiences for brands/ services
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

WHO YOU ARE:

  • B Pharma/Bachelor in Biotics with an MBA in Marketing/Pharma
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Therapy Shaping, Project Management etc.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing and up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, MCM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush) and social media listening tools (eg:Radian6, Meltwater)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords, FB, Insta and you tube campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Specific Certification - Design Thinking, Digital Marketing
