Role overview:
The Digital Marketing & Website Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing Campaigns & Website Strategies. Executing integrated marketing campaigns, in alignment with the business objectives and overarching marketing strategy
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Support the planning and execution of end-to-end Trilegal campaigns tailored to different Industries segment accounts, utilizing channels such as personalized email marketing, targeted marketing, content marketing and more. Work closely with the Marketing Campaign Head and content and creative teams to create tailored marketing assets to the needs and preferences of target accounts across the customer journey.
- Audience Targeting and engagement: Utilize data-driven market insights and customer data to build targeted, personalized campaigns. Execute engagement and nurture campaigns to deliver optimized content experiences.
- Campaign optimization: Utilize marketing channels to drive campaign effectiveness and implement creative methods to improve demand generation efforts.
- Content Personalization and Messaging: Work with the content team to develop personalized content and messaging strategies tailored to the unique needs and interests of target accounts and key decision-makers.
- Lead the Web strategy as a critical marketing channel to drive awareness, education and acquisition in alignment with Trilegal business priorities.
- Partner across marketing & Agency (including SEO, Campaigns, Brand, PR, Awards and Events teams), and senior leadership to shape the online experience for prospects and customers.
- Own and deliver reporting analysis on performance and executing testing strategies, QA processes and ensuring the delivery of initiatives on time and of the highest quality.
- Accountable for governance of the website and the content management system (CMS), evangelizing best practices including UX design, customer experience, in addition to managing vendor relationships
- Responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies, managing our website, and contributing to our overall digital marketing efforts.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis.
- Optimize website content, meta descriptions, and title tags
- Develop and implement link-building strategies.
- Monitor website traffic and rankings using analytics tools.
Performance Indicators:
- Campaign Performance Website Inquiry, Website Visit, Impression, Click, Pipeline Generated, Download, Content Performance
- Website sessions, engaged sessions by traffic source, user behaviour
- Usability metrics, site design, navigation, personalization and customer experience
- Site optimization metrics, e.g. Mobile vs. desktop performance for searchability
- Conversion rates, lead quality
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-8 years experience leading Campaign Strategy and execution along with Website management and design experience.
- Website traffic and engagement with key persons from target accounts.
- Experience in fostering a testing and iterative team environment and orientation; analyzing and reporting on website performance to a range of audiences, including marketing counterparts and business stakeholders.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally across marketing, internal stakeholders, vendors and agency partners
- Proficiency in developing engaging content across various formats like text, images, videos, and infographics tailored to different social platforms.
- Innovative thinking to develop unique campaigns, storytelling techniques, and branding ideas that resonate with the audience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey brand messages effectively and maintain a consistent tone across platforms and confidently able to communicate with all stakeholders.
