Position: Manager
Division: Digital Literacy
Reporting to: Head Women Empowerment
Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
This role will drive initiatives aimed at Digital Inclusion in Women's Empowerment closing by equipping women with essential digital skills and access to technology. This will entail leading strategic planning, overseeing program execution, and working closely with diverse stakeholders to advance women's empowerment through digital inclusion.
Digital Literacy Programs:
- Design and deliver digital literacy initiatives customized to women's needs.
- Collaborate with educational institutions and technology partners to facilitate effective training programs.
Access to Technology:
- Identify and drive initiatives that expand women's access to digital devices and internet connectivity.
- Partner with community centers and government agencies to set up and strengthen digital access hubs.
Cybersecurity and Safety Training:
- Organize workshops on online safety, cybersecurity, and responsible internet usage.
- Create awareness campaigns to educate women on potential digital threats.
Online Entrepreneurship Opportunities:
- Lead programs that enable women to use digital platforms for entrepreneurial ventures.
- Support the launch and growth of women-led online businesses through guidance and resources.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 10 years in the field of women empowerment and supporting causes
Skill Set required:
- Solid understanding of digital inclusion barriers and opportunities, with a focus on women.Demonstrated success in designing and executing digital literacy and inclusion programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills.
