  • PFM Domain Expert Budget Management

Primary Role - Technical lead on budget formulation, allocation, and monitoring modules.

  • PFM Domain Expert Expenditure Management & Accounting

Primary Role - Technical expert for expenditure lifecycle, bill processing, accounting, and voucher workflows

  • PFM Domain Expert Revenue, Assets & Investments

Primary Role - Lead functional analysis of revenue receipt, asset management, and investment tracking modules.

  • Project Manager

Primary Role - Plan, coordinate, and track all consultancy activities across deliverables, resources, and timelines.

  • BPR Expert

Primary Role - Lead the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) activities to streamline and optimize IFMS-related workflows.

Qualifications

  • PFM Domain Expert Budget Management
  • Masters in economics / public administration / MBA (Finance) / M. ComPG Diploma in Budget & Treasury / Financial Modelling/ PEFA / Certificate in Govt. Budgeting
  • 10+ years in budgeting or finance systems; 1 IFMS budget module project
  • Experience in budget reforms, gender budgeting, program-based budgeting in public sector
  • PFM Domain Expert Expenditure Management & Accounting
  • Master's in Accounting / Public Finance / M.Com / MBA (Finance)/ M.A. EconomicsCA (ICAI) / ICWA (CMA Institute)/ Tally ERP Certified / Certificate in Government Accounting
  • 10+ years in public sector expenditure/ accounting with at least 1 IFMS module project
  • Experience with AG Office workflows, treasury payments, reconciliation
  • PFM Domain Expert Revenue, Assets & Investments
  • Master's in Public Finance
  • / MBA (Finance) / Economics / M.Com'CA / CFA (CFA Institute USA) / PG Diploma in Treasury & Risk/ IRDAI Insurance Certification'10+ years in public revenue/asset/investment systems; 1 IFMS revenue module project
  • Experience in Debt & Investment tracking, Govt. Guarantees & Asset lifecycle automation
  • Project Manager
  • MBA / Master's in Public Policy / M.Tech in ITPG Diploma in Project Management/ Agile Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance) / Certified Government PM / PMP (PMI) or PRINCE2
  • 10+ years in managing e-Governance or IFMS implementation projects
  • Experience in managing multi-stakeholder government consulting projects
  • BPR Expert
  • BE/B/Tech/MBA / M. Tech / MCA/ M.A. Economics'Post Graduate Diploma in Business Process Reengineering / PG Certificate in Public Policy / Digital Governance (IIM, NIFM, ISB)/ ITIL Foundation Certification / Govt. Process Reengineering or e-Gov Process Design (NISG / ISTM)/ Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above / IASSC / Indian Statistical Institute ISI)
  • 10+ years in BPR for financial systems; hands-on in preparing AS-IS/TO-BE process documents; minimum 1 IFMS/e-Governance project with state/central government
  • Experience with tools like ARIS, Bizagi, MS Visio for process design & modelling; past role in e-Governance process or automation initiatives
