This role will drive customer reporting and generate actionable insights for Kroger's commercial business objectives. It will be responsible for developing and leading Kroger business reviews in collaboration with key stakeholders. Additionally, the role will provide a detailed analysis of the e-commerce performance across sub-channels, categories, and brands, including benchmarking against other retailers and channels. It will also support the Kroger team in preparing AOPs and JBPs, offering insights and contributing a strong data-driven perspective to decision-making.
