Job Description

We are looking for an 5-6yrs+ experienced Digital Buyer with strong expertise in digital media buying, programmatic platforms, and the ad-tech ecosystem. This role will drive investment strategy, optimize digital spends, negotiate with platforms and publishers, and leverage technology to deliver scalable, efficient, and performance-led outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of hands-on buying, programmatic and tech understanding, and strategic thinking.


Should be hands-on with


Technology & Measurement

  • Solid understanding of ad-tech and mar-tech stack including ad servers, brand safety, viewability, and fraud tools
  • Work with tracking, attribution, and measurement partners
  • Drive automation, tech-led optimizations, and data-driven decision-making


Strategy & Planning

  • Partner with planning and strategy teams on integrated digital and programmatic investment plans
  • Provide POVs on emerging formats such as CTV, Retail Media, Audio, DOOH
  • Support annual planning, forecasts, and QBRs with platforms and publishers
