Required skills:

  • Proven experience in team management and people development ability to lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on collaboration and issue resolution.

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, etc.).

Desired Skills:

  • Working knowledge of SAP and SQL ability to leverage systems for data insights and process improvement.
  • Experience in eCommerce and Marketing domains will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and guide the team in supporting critical business areas and processes through various Medline systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Business & Systems Expertise: Maintain a strong functional understanding of business workflows and the systems that support them to drive effective solutions.
  • Quality Ownership: Take full accountability for the quality of team deliverables by identifying root causes of issues and implementing sustainable process improvements.
  • Technical & Design Guidance: Provide clear design direction and expert guidance to the team while promoting adherence to established standards and best practices.
  • Coaching & Development: Motivate, mentor, and support team members across all deliverables, fostering continuous learning and performance excellence.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with US stakeholders to proactively track progress, review goals, and address challenges to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional growth of team members; build a high-performing, engaged, and well-balanced team.
  • Process Improvement: Identify trends, analyze data, and drive initiatives to enhance data quality, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Execution & Governance: Lead team meetings to monitor progress, discuss key issues, and manage implementation or conversion plans for new developments or redesign projects.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration or other related field.

Work Experience:

  • 10-13 years of experience.
  • At least 2 years experience of managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people as they work.
