. Design Operations

- Adhere to the Design Calendar for the year for the category (Bridal or Light Weight or High Value) - maintaining the required quantity, quality and timelines.

- Assist Design to proto development for new collections/capsules of the category (Bridal or Light Weight or High Value).

- Be updated with evolving Consumer, Market, Product, global & Indian trends (across categories and not just jewellery) to be ahead of the game.

- Work with Design Research to shape key directions for the year and thereby leading the development of powerful Design Stories for collections of the category (Bridal or Light Weight or High Value).
