About the job

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Design- at Atelier Astil, located in Bengaluru.(Opp Ulsoor Lakse ) The Manager Design will be responsible for day-to-day architectural tasks including architectural design, software development, integration, and project management through all phases from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.
• Create and present detailed architectural plans, drawings, and 3D models using industry-standard tools.
• Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and sustainable design solutions.
• Maintain the highest standards in design quality and innovation.

Project Management

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, from concept to completion.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to address project challenges effectively.

Team Leadership

• Mentor and guide junior architects and design teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Review and approve designs, drawings, and construction documents prepared by team members.
• Lead workshops, brainstorming sessions, and client meetings to drive project success.

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure all designs and projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and integrate best practices into projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design.

4+ years of experience in architecture

Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills

Proficient in AutoCAD , Photoshop , Sketchup, Revit ,Vray, Detailing drawing, BOQ,
