Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Advanced Analytics & Modeling:

  • Lead design and execution of advanced quantitative studies, including pricing optimization (Van Westendorp, Gabor Granger, Price Sensitivity Meter) and trade-off experiments (Conjoint, Adaptive Choice-Based Conjoint).
  • Perform MaxDiff and TURF analyses to prioritize product attributes and optimize product/message combinations.
  • Develop and implement market segmentation schemes using clustering (k-means, hierarchical, latent class) and factor/cluster analysis.
  • Conduct driver modeling and predictive analytics (regression, decision trees/CHAID) to identify key factors influencing consumer behavior.

Project Leadership & Client Consulting:

  • Manage global market research studies, including study design, data collection oversight, analysis, reporting, and client presentation.
  • Act as primary analytics consultant: define objectives, recommend methodologies, present results, and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Mentor junior analysts, review deliverables for quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement insights.
  • Support new business initiatives by contributing analytical expertise to proposals and pitches.

Technical & Analytical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in R, Python, SPSS, SAS, SQL, and data management/cleaning.
  • Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong quantitative market research expertise, including conjoint analysis, discrete choice modeling, MaxDiff, TURF, pricing models, clustering, and regression.
  • Comfortable handling large datasets and ensuring data quality.
