Job Description

  1. Analyse current situation, identify improvement opportunities and recommend measures to re- engineer processes (As-Is to be)
  2. Set up and manage transactional quality frameworks in a clinical context including quality assessment checklists (for quality assurance leaders), identify CTQ quality metrics, create periodic quality reports.
  3. Act as a change agent and work closely with the operations to optimize Customer value in multiple client engagement.
  4. Work with delivery and training functions to create feedback loops from quality assessment to training and operations management.
  5. Create quality frameworks to drive process excellence in a clinical context using DMAIC, lean six sigma, or other process suitable quality methodologies.
  6. Be able to manage coding quality process for large teams.
  7. Demonstrated ability to lead & motivate a team to achieve business unit goals.
  8. Extremely high energy team player with a burning desire to succeed in fast paced environment and rapidly evolving market.

Job Specification:

  1. Minimum of 10 Years of Professional and Relevant Experience in Medical Coding with Multispecialty in Quality Vertical.
  2. Must have experience in Client and Stakeholder Management.
  3. Excellent experience in Team and People Management as well.
  4. Must have Coding Certification like CPC/ CCS, COC, AHIMA.
  5. Any graduate will do.
