Sounds like you
1. In this role, you are responsible for conceptualizing the complete experience of learning, networking and value creation for delegates and partners.
2. Help in defining, formulating and implementing delegate success Strategies in correlation with theme, agenda, speakers and concept of the conference.
3. Scaling up the conference overall experience in our event for delegates in India, South Asia and the Middle East region.
4. You will conceptualize & curate the plan for delegates that raise the bar in line with the brand promise of People Matters.
5. To ensure we achieve the required target of the delegate numbers in all conferences.
6. Reaching out to CHROs of companies and elaborating about the upcoming People Matters events in the region and strengthening the relationship.
7. Executing new database development plan from calling, profiling & research from several sources.
8. Help build and create new processes, use of the Tech tools & further train teammates to maximize productivity.
9. Responsible for creating the communication strategy for the delegate's success process.
10. Responsible for the pre-event Engagement with the Confirmed HR Leaders of the various events to ensure their participation.
11. Strengthening relationships with the CHRO's & Head HR to get their team nominations for the conference.
12. You will work very closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to produce the required outcomes of the event.
