Job Purpose
The Compliance Officer ensures adherence to all regulatory standards and internal policies related to debt collection and recovery.
Duties And Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with debt collection laws (e.g., FDCPA, FCA) and internal policies.Should be Profecient in excel. Policy Development: Develop and maintain compliance processes for debt management.Audits & Monitoring: Conduct audits, monitor activities, and implement corrective actions.Training: Provide training to teams on regulatory updates and compliance standards.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks in debt recovery practices.Complaint Handling: Oversee customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions.
