About The Role
As a
Data Scientist, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work on advanced analytics initiatives including statistical analysis, machine learning, deep learning, and large language model (LLM) use cases. This role offers the opportunity to work with large, complex datasets, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and apply strong analytical thinking and business acumen to solve real-world problems. Experience or interest in the
HR domain will be an added advantage.
In This Role, You Will
- Build and deploy supervised, unsupervised, and forecasting models to support business outcomes.
- Perform extensive statistical analysis (descriptive and prescriptive) on large and complex datasets.
- Handle, clean, and roll up large datasets from multiple sources.
- Extract insights from data using Python and SQL to support decision-making.
- Develop simulators and scenario-based models to evaluate business outcomes.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Present analytical findings and project outcomes using appropriate tools and visualizations.
- Collaborate across multiple functions to gather, validate, and integrate data.

What You Must Have To Be Considered
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, and data analysis techniques.
- Solid understanding of data structures and statistical concepts.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning models.
- Exposure to or experience working with LLM models.
- Strong logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
- Good communication skills to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

These will help you succeed
- Prior experience or domain knowledge in HR analytics or people data.
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise datasets.
- Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools.
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, multi-functional environment.
