Job Purpose
The role incumbent will be responsible for independently managing and driving key technology projects relating to Data Management & Governance, business change requests and technology initiatives for key systems. Create Data Technology Road Map that enables solid enterprise data strategy. Incumbent shall be self-driven and will work independently with stakeholders across departments. The incumbent will also be owning technology innovations, performance improvements and compliance activities.

Qualification & Experience
Years of experience: 7-10 years of experience
Good experience in of Application Management, LOS, LMS, Data Management, AWS, Kafka, Databaseslike Postgres, Oracle, Snowflake.
Good to have, not mandatory MBA
Essential Skills
Solution Architect with ability to independently manage and execute data projects end to end, requirement analysis, mapping requirements to system solutioning, vendor management. analysis of issues and providing resolutions.
Exposure to lending systems and domain will be an advantage
Technology skills - Databases, API, client server architecture
Ideal candidate (in terms of current role/ organization/industry)
An individual inclined to learn and explore new technologies and utilise the best out of the resources in hand.
Able to influence and work in a collaborative manner
Preferably from Banking/Financial services industry
