Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable and efficient data architectures aligned with business and healthcare requirements
Develop, manage, and optimize large-scale data pipelines and ETL workflows
Build and maintain data models and enterprise data warehousing solutions
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency through validation, monitoring, and testing frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and analytics to define data requirements
Lead and mentor junior data engineers and provide technical guidance
Implement best practices for data engineering, storage, processing, and integration
Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline, performance, and architecture issues
Support development of real-time and batch data processing systems
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and healthcare data standards
