Key Responsibilities.

• Architect and implement AI agent powered products using Semantic Kernel and Python, enabling automated workflows

• Orchestrate multi agent systems allowing agents to collaborate on complex tasks, process data, interact with APIs, and solve real work business challenges

• Integrate varied LLMs, tailoring prompt templates and agent plugins to deliver optimal results for specific business use cases

• Develop custom plugins, connectors that allow ai agents to communicate with external APIs, business applications and databases

• Optimize and monitor agent performance, ensuring safety, reliability, and scalability in enterprise environments

• Contribute to documentation model driven development process and share insights about emerging agentic technologies within team

• Demonstrate leadership skills for ownership of business outcomes and leading team.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong python engineering background, experience developing AI ML solutions, building async workflow, micro serves or distributed systems

• Knowledge of Semantic kernel ecosystem, agentic patterns and similar frameworks

• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, API integrations and external service management

Skills and requirements

• Experience in orchestrating multi agent solutions for complex business tasks

• Strong problem-solving skills, technical curiosity and continuous learn and adapt to new AI tech and agent frameworks
