Manager - Data Analytics
In This Role, You Will
- Intelligent Automation Platform function is to create a strategic capability that will help move the operational efficiency and agility dial quickly and deliver a good return on investment in terms of cost savings, capacity creation, risk reduction, improved client experience and enhanced employee engagement.
- This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and business, translating data into valuable insights that influence key decisions
- Leverage Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to enhance business intelligence capabilities, create automation workflows, and improve data processes as needed.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Alteryx based automation solutions that support data-driven decision-making.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business and technical stakeholders, to gather requirements and develop Business Intelligence solutions that meet specific business needs.
- Provide guidance and support to users in navigating and interpreting Business Intelligence tools, helping to foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
To be successful you will
- Minimum 6 years (4+ hands on) with Bachelor's in Technology or equivalent with minimum 6 years of experience.
- Familiarity with Structured Query Language for data extraction and manipulation and expertise in Alteryx, Power Platform( Dataverse, Automate, Robotic Process Automation, Connectors) Structured Query Language, Cloud, Robotic Process Automation tools - User Interface Path Power Apps (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps)
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with core User Interface Path components including User Interface Path Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots.
- Automation Frameworks: Experience in using the User Interface Path Robotic Enterprise Framework for building scalable and maintainable processes. Strong proficiency in programming concepts, with specific experience in languages like Python, often used for complex automations and integrations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders with Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to integrate Robotic Process Automation solutions using Application Programming Interfaces (Representational State Transfer/Simple Object Access Protocol), Structured Query Language databases and various applications such as web portals, Excel, Portable Document Format, Email, Citrix, Systems Applications and Products, etc.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies for project delivery.
- Hands-on experience with debugging, unit testing, and resolving issues and ability to create and maintain technical design documents and process design documents
