Manager - Data Analytics

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team handling recurring financial data tasks for front office
• Develop scalable models and perform exception analysis
• Collaborate with tech teams for process automation
• Support research with data gathering, call summaries, and earnings reports

Job Requirements:

• MBA/PGDBA with 3–6 years of relevant experience
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently
• Preferred: Python and experience in project and people management
