Job Title: Manager, D&T Integration

Location: Hyderabad, India

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role focused on building a robust integration ecosystem across enterprise platforms. As a Software Integration Manager, you will drive the design and delivery of scalable API-led and event-driven integrations, enabling seamless data flow and interoperability across systems such as SAP, ServiceNow, and cloud platforms.

You will sit at the intersection of business and engineering-translating complex business needs into efficient, secure, and future-ready integration solutions-while establishing governance, standards, and best practices. This role offers significant impact by shaping integration strategy, improving system connectivity, and ensuring long-term scalability and maintainability across the enterprise landscape.

Your key responsibilities:

• Design and deliver scalable integration solutions, including APIs, microservices, and data pipelines aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Convert business requirements into detailed technical integration designs, including data mappings, workflows, and interface specifications.
• Act as the primary integration partner for business platforms, aligning priorities, managing dependencies, and ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Establish and enforce best practices, reusable components, security compliance, and integration design standards across teams.
• Lead and coordinate development efforts across internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality integration delivery.
• Oversee testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization while ensuring strong observability and operational stability.

You bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering with 7+ years of experience in integration architecture, APIs, or system interoperability.
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS solutions, particularly SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Strong understanding of API design and security protocols such as OAuth2, SAML, and JWT.
• Experience with AWS/Azure and modern architectures including microservices, domain-driven design, and event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms like SAP and ServiceNow and complex system landscapes.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, and ability to lead cross-functional teams with an ownership mindset.
