Job Summary

The Manager -D&ITGCCGovernance andOperationsis responsible forthe Global Competency Center (GCC) teamcoordination,governing, enabling, andoptimizingD&IT operations across (GCC). This rolereports into theD&IT Senior Director - India & APAC to provideteamgovernance, program oversight, and operationalgovernanceacross multiple IT domains. The position ensures disciplined execution, risk mitigation, and consistent delivery outcomes while strengthening customer trust and employeeengagement across the region. #LI-IB2

Key Responsibilities

1. GCC & Team governance

  • Provide governance over projects, programs, and site teams operating in a matrix environment to ensure positive business outcomes.
  • Reinforce a One Team culture across India/APAC, aligned with regional and global D&IT priorities.
  • Support workforce planning, employee engagement and demand management in partnership with the D&IT Senior Director - India & APAC.
  • Foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture focused on accountability, delivery

2. Governance & Program Execution

  • Provide governance oversight for a portfolio of D&IT programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment to approved scope, timelines, cost, and quality expectations.
  • Implement and run project governance mechanisms, including stage gates, reviews, and executive reporting working closely with PMO related processes.
  • Identify and actively manage risks, dependencies, and issues across programs, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when required.
  • Ensure adherence to approved delivery methodologies, standards, and controls across the GCC.

3. D&IT Service Delivery Governance

  • Govern D&IT service delivery across functional areas within the GCC.
  • Monitor service performance against defined SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics, driving corrective actions where gaps exist.
  • Ensure compliance with audit, risk, security, and regulatory requirements through disciplined operational governance.
  • Promote operational excellence through standardization, continuous improvement, and adoption of best practices.

4. Operational Enablement & Transformation

  • Contribute to GCC operational maturity by supporting transformation initiatives, capability build‑out, and service expansion as identified by the D&IT Senior Director.
  • Provide governance and oversight for innovation, automation, and process optimization initiatives.
  • Partner with regional stakeholders and local partners to ensure consistent governance and delivery outcomes.
  • Provide oversight on software distribution and ASN management.

5. Reporting & Performance Management

  • Produce clear, data‑driven reports on program, project, and operational performance for D&IT Senior Director - India & APAC.
  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of documentation, dashboards, and metrics using approved tools and templates.
  • Drive transparency through meaningful insights, trends, and recommendations for leadership decision‑making.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering- IT/Software/Computer relatedfield or equivalent experience with a3-yeardegree in STEM.

Experience

  • 10+ years of total IT experience

  • Minimum3years ofcross‑functionalexperience managing programs, projects, and diverse stakeholder groups

  • Proven experience in governance, service management, and operationalgovernancewithin large global IT organizations

Certifications

PMP Certification desired
