Manager - Cyber Security

Responsibilities:

• Build, lead, mentor and manage a high-performing Team
• Communicate with various stake holders within VW group for requirement management and reporting
• Work with VW s suppliers to define work packages and track deliveries.
• Strategic leadership, risk management, compliance, and continuous monitoring of cybersecurity initiatives for VW software components.
• Capture detailed technical requirements for VW standard software component (SOK FM)
• Collaborate with various stake holders to integrate security throughout the lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and technical guidance on issues
• Responsible for cybersecurity policies, processes, competency management and best practices
• Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating new cybersecurity technologies and methodologies

Skills:

• Fluent communication skills to communicate with customers and suppliers
• Proficient in automotive cybersecurity engineering concepts (ISO21434)
• Good knowledge of automotive FuSa knowledge (ISO26262)
• Software development exposure with AUTOSAR BSW, especially on SecOC, Crypto libraries, DCM and DEM modules
• Programming skills (C/C++/Python)
• Good understanding of automotive ASPICE process especially system and software requirement
• engineering
• Technically sound and strong leadership skills to drive cybersecurity initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Strong Risk management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
