Job Description
We are looking for a
manager – Customer Master Data & Sales Enablement to lead a high-performing team that ensures data accuracy, governance, and sales enablement reporting. This is a US facing role with opportunities to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, drive process improvements, and contribute directly to Medline's mission of improving healthcare outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Customer Master Data team, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Act as the go-to expert for customer master data queries and escalations.
- Oversee preparation of key reports (sales orders, billing, account tagging, heat maps) for the Sales Enablement group
- Ensure compliance with governance standards and drive improvements in data quality.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align data definitions and standards.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate processes.
- Support CRM/ERP transformation projects and data governance initiatives.
- Guide team development through training, feedback, and performance reviews.
Must Have Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in Master Data Management, Sales Operations, or Data Governance.
- Strong expertise in SAP Customer Master Data or similar ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Bachelor's /master's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of team leadership/management experience.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large datasets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Good to Have
- Familiarity with SAP data structures or ERP systems.
- Experience in master data governance and change management.
- Exposure to global or cross-functional environments.
- Knowledge of sales operations.
Working Hours
- Daylight Saving: 10:30 am – 7:30 pm IST
- Non-Daylight Saving: 11:30 am – 8:30 pm IST
