The Big Picture

The Customer Experience Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of power engineering projects and fostering strong customer relationships, ensuring that our clients receive unparalleled service throughout the entire lifecycle of their engagement with our firm.

What you'll do as a Customer Experience Manager at Illumine-i:

  • You'll serve as a trusted advisor, attentively addressing customer needs and providing effective support.
  • You'll collaborate with the customer to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • You'll offer guidance and support to team members in overcoming project-related challenges and obstacles.
  • You'll collaborate closely with our engineering and design teams to oversee project execution.
  • You'll manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to schedules and cost-efficiency.
  • You'll resolve project-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • You'll identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation in both customer experience and project management.
  • You'll advocate for customer feedback to facilitate continuous improvement of Illumine-i's services and products.
  • You'll strive to exceed customer expectations by consistently delivering outstanding service.
  • You'll mentor and coach team members, helping them enhance their skills and achieve their professional goals.

Essential Qualifications include:

  • Engineering Background: A background in electrical, civil, structural, or mechanical engineering is expected, as it provides a strong foundation for addressing technical challenges.
  • Project Management: Project management skills may be required to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of solar installation projects.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills are essential for collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. This includes the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and manage various project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Great to have:

  • Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of photovoltaic (PV) systems and solar energy technologies is advantageous.
  • CAD Skills: Proficiency in using AutoCAD or other Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software can be beneficial for understanding engineering plans and layouts.
  • Design Software Proficiency: Proficiency in using solar design software such as PVsyst, Helioscope, or similar tools is advantageous.
  • Environmental Sustainability Knowledge: A deep understanding of the environmental benefits and sustainability aspects of solar energy is valued, as it aligns with Illumine-i's mission.
