Position Summary

Develop and implement CSR strategies aligned with company values and ESG goals.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor CSR projects in areas like education, health, and environment.
• Collaborate with NGOs, government bodies, and community stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and maintain proper documentation/reporting.
• Measure and evaluate the social impact of CSR initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement through volunteering and internal CSR programs.
• Support communication and branding of CSR activities through reports and storytelling.
  
  

Critical Success Factors - Essential

• Proven experience in planning and executing CSR/community development programs
• Strong understanding of CSR regulations, compliance, documentation and reporting
• Experience working with NGOs, government bodies and community stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple CSR projects, budgets, timelines and implementation partners
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills

• Exposure to ESG, sustainability or broader social-impact initiatives
