Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

1) Sales and Key Accounts Management

  • Achieve revenue and profitability goals for SGS TFS
  • Align sales strategy to meet budgeted targets
  • Provide leadership with focus on market dynamics
  • Identify expansion opportunities through sale and cross-sell
  • Develop feedback mechanism to relay client and referral insights
  • Drive strategic business planning for CSR & Aid Efficiency services targeting corporate donors, philanthropists, and government entities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to scale the client pipeline

2) Lead Program Delivery

  • Ensure client engagement and satisfaction for assigned portfolio
  • Support operations in delivering services per project scope and timeline

3) Provide Strategic Consulting

  • Offer CSR program design and strategic consulting using data insights
  • Liaise with corporate SMEs, NGOs, and government stakeholders
  • Onboard consultants and complementary service agencies for ecosystem creation
  • Maintain high-quality business engagement via regular governance meetings and cadence calls
  • Engage clients through B2B social platforms
  • Hire, train, and develop sales team to meet yearly targets
  • Co-develop CSR roadmaps aligned with client vision and goals
  • Conduct sales and operations review meetings to track KPIs and objectives
  • Maintain sales and marketing performance reporting systems

4) Market Insights and Feedback Mechanism

  • Create and manage internal feedback loop for market insights

Qualifications

  • MSW or MBA in CSR preferred
  • 8–10 years of experience in CSR consulting, sales, or equivalent consulting role
  • Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills
  • Ability to research CSR trends and collaborate with NGOs
  • Strategic thinking and multi-project management capabilities
  • Strong coaching and leadership traits with empathy and integrity
  • Functional knowledge of India's CSR ecosystem
  • Prior CSR consulting and sales experience is a plus
