Manager - CSR

Responsibilities

• Execute the CSR Roadmap for ABF
• Develop mechanism to monitor the CSR initiatives / activities
• Execution and implementation of projects
• Implementation of employee engagement in CSR/volunteering activities through an organization-wide volunteering initiative
• Deliver engagement plan with targeted groups of colleagues, including leaders and scale colleague population
• Ensure that CSR related MIS are made available in a timely & accurate manner, both for reviews/internal needs & external reporting requirements
• Developing communication material to get visibility

Qualifications

• MSW / MBA
• 7+ years of experience
• Location: Delhi-NCR

Required Skills

• Should have worked with a significant number of NGO's / external partners / employees to accomplish objectives of the CSR Roadmap
• In-depth understanding of the policies/acts/laws governing CSR in India
• CSR reporting experience

Preferred Skills

• Experience in developing communication materials
• Strong project management skills
