We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional who can align with our International Business Division and contribute to growth story with a high level of professionalism.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and timely execution of assignments across international and domestic jurisdictions.

• Incorporation of Companies globally
• FEMA Compliance (ODI and FDI)
• Ongoing Regulatory Compliance globally
• Cross-Border Transactions Advisory
• International Tax Consultancy

Qualification & Skills Required

• CA with minimum 1-2 years of similar experience.
• MBA with minimum 4-5 years of similar experience.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to conduct market research with critical thinking.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
