Job Description

Overview

The Creator Management & Partnerships Manager will be responsible for building and scaling Dabur's creator ecosystem across brands and categories. This role will drive strategic creator partnerships, talent relationship management, influencer collaborations, and creator-led content initiatives to strengthen brand equity, consumer engagement, and business growth.

The role requires a deep understanding of the creator economy, social media trends, content ecosystems, and influencer marketing, while working closely with brand teams, agencies, media partners, and creators.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Ecosystem Development

  • Build and manage a robust network of creators across categories such as Beauty, Personal Care, Health & Wellness, Food & Beverages, Parenting, Lifestyle, Fitness, and Regional Content.
  • Develop long-term creator engagement frameworks beyond one-off campaign collaborations.
  • Identify emerging creators and cultural trendsetters relevant to Dabur brands.
  • Create creator segmentation and partnership strategies across Celebrity, Macro, Micro, Nano, and Community creators.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Collaborate with brand teams to identify creator opportunities aligned with brand objectives.
  • Develop creator-first campaign strategies
  • Ensure seamless execution of creator partnerships from on-boarding to content delivery and reporting.
  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and stakeholder communication.
  • AI-Powered Hook - leverage generative AI tools at scale to brainstorm, test, and inject high-retention hooks and angles into creator content to maximize the first 3 seconds of viewer attention.

Content Excellence & Brand Safety

  • Guide creators on brand narratives while preserving authenticity and audience relevance.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and disclosure norms.
  • Drive
  • Innovation in content formats, storytelling approaches, and creator-led commerce opportunities.

Performance & Measurement

  • Define and monitor creator marketing KPIs including:
  • Reach/Engagement Rate/Video Views (Category Specific)
  • Watch Time
  • Sentiment
  • Develop dashboards and post-campaign reports to evaluate creator effectiveness.
  • Generate insights to optimize future creator investments.

Process & Governance

  • Build creator management processes, databases, and partnership frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with ASCI guidelines, platform policies, and legal requirements.

Qualification

  • MBA or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or Business Management.
  • 5–6 years of experience in Creator Partnerships, Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
  • Prior experience in Digital Agencies, Creator Platforms, or Talent Management Agencies preferred.
