Can you sell an idea in a room, and then make sure it actually gets made

At IVM Podcasts, our Creative Solutions team sits at the intersection of brand strategy, storytelling, and content production. We're looking for a Manager, Creative Solutions who can develop sharp, original concepts for branded podcasts — and then see them through from pitch deck to final delivery.

This is a role for someone who thinks in formats, communicates with confidence, and understands what makes a brand feel at home in a piece of content — without taking over it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Concepting & Ideation

– Develop original concepts for branded podcast shows and content integrations — both host-led and idea-led formats.

– Translate client briefs into compelling, platform-aware creative propositions for YouTube and audio streaming.

– Contribute ideas for IVM's own IP shows, bringing a brand-friendly creative lens to in-house content.

– Stay ahead of trends in branded content, podcasting, and video — and bring relevant references and formats into your pitches.

Pitching & Deck-Making

– Own the pitch process end-to-end: once a brief is assigned, you are responsible for building the concept deck — structure, narrative, creative rationale, and format — and presenting it directly to the brand.

– Deck quality is central to this role. You'll be judged on how well your decks communicate ideas — clarity, persuasion, and visual logic matter as much as the concept itself.

– Work closely with the Partnership teams through the brief-to-pitch pipeline — attending briefing meetings and internal strategy discussions as needed.

– Present with confidence and clarity; hold your creative ground while staying responsive to client feedback.

– Experience with BFSI or tech brands is an advantage — we work across categories, but these are a significant part of our portfolio.

Production Oversight & Brand Delivery

– Once a show is greenlit, act as the creative conscience on the project — ensuring the tone, format, and content reflect what was sold.

– Be present on shoot days to ensure the creative intent is maintained and brand deliverables are being captured.

– Coordinate between production and client teams to flag deviations early and keep delivery on track.

– You're not running the production — there's a team for that. Your job is to make sure what gets made is what was agreed.

Process & Project Management

– Help establish and improve the brief-to-delivery workflow within the CS team.

– Maintain visibility across active projects — tracking where each branded show is in the pipeline and surfacing risks proactively.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience

– 6+ years in advertising, branded content, or show production — ideally in a role that required both creative concepting and client-facing work.

– Proven experience building and presenting pitches independently, not just contributing to decks.

– Exposure to video content production (branded shows, YouTube formats, or similar) is important — you don't need to run the edit, but you need to understand how ideas translate to screen.

– Experience with podcast formats — video — is a strong advantage.

Skills & Strengths

– Strong written and verbal communication — your decks are well-structured and persuasive, and your ideas land clearly in the room.

– Deck-making is a craft here, not a support task. You should be comfortable building decks from scratch — concept, narrative flow, creative framing — not just populating templates.

– Creative rigour: you can generate original ideas under brief constraints, not just remix references.

– Comfortable working across a partnership team, a production team, and a brand client — often in the same week.

– Decisive and self-directed: you manage your own pipeline and don't wait to be chased.

– Understanding of YouTube as a platform — how content performs, what formats work, what brands expect — is a valued skill, even if it's not your primary focus.

HOW THE ROLE IS SET UP

You'll report to the Business Head and work as an individual contributor, supported by the broader CS, production, and Partnership teams. The role is collaborative by nature — you'll never be pitching in isolation — but you'll own the creative work end-to-end once a brief comes your way.

GOOD TO HAVE

– Background in BFSI, fintech, or technology brand communications.

– Experience working on host-led or talent-driven content formats.

– Existing relationships with brand marketing or content teams at mid-to-large companies.
