Work you'll do
As a Designer in our M,B&C>Design team you'll build and nurture positive working relationships within team and internal clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You'll:
- Strong communication, articulation and documentation skills (written & verbal)
- Demonstrates ability to work independently on projects with limited supervision
- Design reports, brochures, communication material, event and campaign creatives as Power point presentations, outlook emailers, word documents and various other design output formats (PDF, PNG, JPEG, ..etc).
- Ideation and conceptualisation expected on all design projects to exceed benchmarks
- Create high quality graphics
- High proficiency and speed using various design tools
- Scheduling, tracking time and meeting delivery timelines
- Excellent tool knowledge
- Passion to grow as a designer by learning new concepts and acquiring new design skills
- Vendor management for outsourced design work
Qualifications
- BFA
- Hands on working with design applications like Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat reader, Dreamweaver.
